ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, June 25. State Concern Turkmenhimiya has announced an international tender for the design and turnkey construction of an ammonium nitrate plant in the Mary region, Trend reports.
To participate, applicants must submit a written application including the full name, legal status, country of registration, and relevant details. Tender documents can be obtained upon payment of $1,725 (including VAT) or its equivalent in Turkmen manat at the official Central Bank exchange rate for residents of Turkmenistan.
Tender proposals will be accepted only after confirmation of payment.
The deadline for submitting tender offers is from June 24 to August 4, 2025.
