DUSHANBE, Tajikistan, October 3. Tajikistan's Vavilon-Mobile has completed renovation and modernization work at its base stations in the Kashkarak and Karsang areas of the Fayzabad district, Trend reports.
According to the Communications Service under the Government of Tajikistan, the upgrades included the installation of new lithium batteries, significantly enhancing the efficiency of these stations. Additionally, both sites have been equipped with solar panels.
Over the past nine months, Vavilon-Mobile has modernized more than 200 base stations across various regions of the country.
This initiative involved replacing faulty batteries with new, modern units, which has greatly improved the quality of services offered.
The provision of new batteries and alternative energy sources enables the base stations to operate continuously, even under conditions of limited electricity supply. This ensures reliable communication and internet access for subscribers, a top priority for the company.
