Turkmenoil (Turkmennebit) State Concern of Turkmenistan has announced a tender for the dock repair of 'Gakhryman Atamyrat Niyazov' tanker.
Companies interested to participate in the tender are invited to:
- submit an application for participation in the tender, indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration, details and information about the company's activities;
- read the tender rules;
- get specifications;
- obtain the package of tender documents by paying $575, including VAT.
Applications from offshore companies will not be accepted.
Tender bids will be received till 15:00 (local time), Nov.17, 2014.
Tender bids should be submitted in two envelopes. The envelopes with tender bids should be made in accordance with the list indicated in the package of tender documents and should be submitted to the mentioned address from the date of publication of the notification.
The bids will be reviewed after the receipt of funds to the account.
