Non-oil exports of Iran's Razavi Khorasan Province increase

BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 9. The exports of non-oil products from Razavi Khorasan Province in northeastern Iran increased by 15.4 percent in value and 28.1 percent in weight terms during 3 months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through June 2024) compared to the same period of last year (from March 21 through June 21, 2023), controller of customs of Iran's Razavi Khorasan Province Javad Jafari said, Trend reports.

According to him, during 3 months, 798,000 tons of non-oil products worth $443 million were exported from Iran's Razavi Khorasan Province.

Jafari noted that during the same period last year, 623,000 tons of products worth $383 million were exported from Razavi Khorasan Province.

Jafari stated that the products are mainly exported to Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

To note, according to the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration, Iran exported 38 million tons of non-oil products worth $13.5 billion in the first 3 months of the current Iranian year. Iran's exports of non-oil products decreased by 7.6 percent in value and 5.6 percent in weight compared to the same month of last year.
