BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 21. Iran's Arvandan Oil and Gas Production Company has taken a number of steps in the past two months, and the company's crude oil production has increased by 60,000 barrels per day, the official of Iran's Arvandan Oil and Gas Production Company, Reza Jafari told local media, Trend reports.

According to him, this increase has been achieved as a result of the overhaul, replacement of diesel generators in the mobile refinery unit (Skid Mountain), and several other works.

Jafari added that the replacement of diesel generators has also prevented pollution to a large extent.

The official stated that the company currently has several initiative projects planned to increase production, and these projects are being studied by experts.

Arvandan Oil and Gas Company operates under the National Oil Company of Iran. Currently, the daily crude oil production potential of Arvandan Oil and Gas Company is 400,000 barrels. The company can also produce 7.64 million cubic meters (270 million cubic feet) of gas per day.
