BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 20. Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan dropped 30.1 percent in value and 21 percent in weight in the first two months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 through May 21, 2025), compared to the same period last year (from March 20 through May 20, 2024).
Data obtained by Trend from the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) indicates that Iran exported $11.3 million worth of non-oil products to Kyrgyzstan during this period, totaling around 8,060 tons.
During the analogous temporal framework of the preceding annum,
Iran facilitated the exportation of non-petroleum commodities to
Kyrgyzstan, with a fiscal valuation of $16.2 million, encompassing
an approximate mass of 10,200 tons.
The data elucidates that Iran predominantly engaged in the
exportation of petrochemical commodities, agrarian products, and
industrial inputs to Kyrgyzstan.
The aggregate trade throughput between the two nations over this
bi-monthly interval culminated in an estimated $11.9 million,
encompassing a total mass of 8,340 tons. This denotes a contraction
of 30.2 percent in valuation and a reduction of 21.6 percent in
mass on a year-over-year basis.
To note, the Customs Administration also reported that Iran’s total non-oil exports during this two-month period amounted to $8.24 billion, covering 24.6 million tons. Compared to the same timeframe last year, this reflects a 0.11 percent drop in value, while volume increased by 4.4 percent.
