The Iranian Oil Ministry says that the country’s oil income has reached $29 billion over the first nine months of the current fiscal year (starting March 20).
Amir-Hossein Zamaninia, a deputy oil minister, has said that Iran in average exported 2.570 million barrels of crude oil and oil condensates per day over the mentioned period, IRNA news agency reported.
He added that the country’s daily exports of oil and oil condensates reached 2.830 million barrels in December 2016.
According to the official, the country’s oil exports have witnessed a surge following the implementation of the nuclear deal last January.
The country’s oil exports before the implementation of the nuclear and removal of the nuclear sanctions stood at 1.398 million barrels per day.
The Islamic Republic’s oil exports before imposing nuclear sanctions in 2012 amounted to 2.487 million barrels per day.
