In January-July 2019, 18 companies with Uzbek capital were registered in Turkey, which is three companies less compared to the same period last year, Trend reports referring to Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).
The total capital of Uzbek companies registered in Turkey in January-July 2019 amounted to 2.245 million Turkish liras, while in the same period of 2018, this figure amounted to 1.677 million Turkish liras.
In January-July 2019, most of the Uzbek companies were registered in Istanbul (15 companies) with a total capital of 1.845 million Turkish liras.
During this period, two companies with Uzbek capital were registered in Antalya province.
In January-July 2019, one industrial company, 13 wholesale and retail trade companies and two travel companies were registered in Turkey with Uzbek capital. Two companies are involved in other sectors of the economy.
According to TOBB, the total capital of 13 wholesale and retail companies registered during the reported period amounted to 1.845 million liras.
