BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. Exports of Turkish electrical equipment to Turkmenistan have dropped 2 percent year-on-year to $31.8 million from January through March 2024, Trend reports via the Turkish Trade Ministry.
"In March this year, Türkiye exported $9.3 million worth of electrical equipment to Turkmenistan, which is 35.5 percent less than in March last year," the ministry said in a statement.
From January through March 2024, Turkish exports of electrical equipment decreased by 0.6 percent compared to the same period last year and amounted to $4 billion.
Türkiye exported $1.5 billion worth of electrical equipment in March this year, down 2.9 percent year-on-year.
In the last 12 months (March 2023–March 2024), Türkiye exported electrical equipment worth $16.2 billion.
