BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 8. Turkish exports of electrical equipment to Uzbekistan rose 29 percent year-on-year to $42.6 million from January through April 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
“Türkiye exported $14.8 million worth of electrical equipment to Uzbekistan in April this year, which is 1.3 times more than in April last year,” the statement from the ministry says.
However, Turkish electrical equipment exports fell 0.8 percent to $5.2 billion from January through April 2024..
Moreover, Türkiye exported $1.2 billion worth of electrical equipment in April this year, down 1.3 percent year-on-year.
To note, in the last 12 months (from April 2023 through April 2024), Türkiye exported electrical equipment worth $16.2 billion.
