BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 15. Türkiye's ports received 4,756 ships in April 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure said, Trend reports.
Additionally, 3,329 vessels under foreign flags were accepted at Turkish ports during the mentioned period, whereas 427 were under Turkish flag.
However, Türkiye's ports received 18,477 vessels from January through April 2024.
“During this time, the number of vessels under the flags of other countries accepted by Turkish ports amounted to 12,704 and the number of vessels under the flag of Türkiye amounted to 5,773," the statement of the ministry said.
