BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 24. German citizens purchased 302 properties in Türkiye from January through April 2024, which is 133 less than in the same period last year, Trend reports.
According to the information, German citizens bought 70 properties in Türkiye in April this year, which is 3 less than in April 2023.
Moreover, 75,569 apartments were purchased in Türkiye in April 2024, which is 11.8 percent less than in April 2023.
The data indicates that 355,173 apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through April 2024, which is 3.7 percent less than in the same period of 2023.
However, a total of 1,272 apartments were sold to foreign citizens in Türkiye in April 2024, which is 50.3 percent less than in the same month of 2023.
Meanwhile, foreigners purchased 6,957 apartments in Türkiye from January through April of the same year, a decrease of 48.4 percent compared to the same period last year.
