BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 17. The export of cement products from Türkiye to Azerbaijan amounted to $24.8 million from January through June 2024, remaining unchanged compared to the same period last year, the statement of Türkiye's Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
“Türkiye exported cement products worth $3.5 million to Azerbaijan in June this year, which is 16.5 percent more than in June last year,” the statement of the ministry reads.
Furthermore, Türkiye's exports of cement products to global markets from January through June 2024 decreased by 9.4 percent compared to the same month in 2023, amounting to $2.1 billion.
“Türkiye exported cement worth $336.5 million in June this year, which is 18.3 percent less than in June last year,” the statement from the ministry says.
To note, Türkiye exported cement products worth $4.3 billion over the past 12 months (from June 2023 through June 2024).
