BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 21. Turkish exports of electrical equipment to China decreased 18.3 percent year-on-year to $37.4 million from January through June 2024, Trend reports via Türkiye's Trade Ministry.
“Türkiye exported $4.8 million worth of electrical equipment to China this June, which is 41.6 percent less than in June last year,” the ministry added.
To note, Turkish electrical equipment exports abroad fell 0.9 percent to $7.8 billion from January through June 2024.
Moreover, Türkiye exported $1.2 billion worth of electrical equipment abroad in June this year, down 10.8 percent year-on-year.
In the last 12 months (from June 2023 through June 2024), the country exported electrical equipment worth $16.1 billion to foreign markets.
