Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on awarding Colonel-General Vagif Akhundov the Order of the 2nd degree "For Services to the Fatherland", AzerTAj state news agency reported. Colonel-General Vagif Akhundov was rewarded for worthy and faithful implementation of his duty to Azerbaijan.
