BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 5. A magnitude 3.1 earthquake struck the Khachmaz district of Azerbaijan.
According to the Republican Seismological Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), the tremor occurred at 5:58 a.m. local time.
An epicenter was at a depth of 45 kilometers.
