BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 8. Road construction works are continuing in Kyrgyzstan's Naryn region.
The information was announced by Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Transport and Communications.
"Asphalt paving has been completed on a six-kilometer section of the Acha-Kaiyndy–Kalinin road between kilometers seven and 13 in the At-Bashy district of the Naryn region," the statement said.
According to the ministry, asphalt paving has also been planned for a total of 7.8 kilometers of the Char–Ak-Muz road in the At-Bashy district. As of today, 5.1 kilometers of the road have already been paved.
In addition, five kilometers of the Tash-Rabat road are scheduled to be asphalted. Earthworks have already been completed, and preparations for asphalt paving are currently underway.
The ministry noted that all works are being carried out in accordance with technical standards to improve the quality of transport links and ensure road safety.
Road construction on other sections in the At-Bashy district is also progressing according to schedule.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications added that implementation of the projects remains under its supervision.
