The Baku branch of famous French company Royal Canin, who are engaged in producing veterinary, prophylactic forage and seeds for dogs and cats, is expected to take some interesting action within the next year, Yelena Kharchenko, Distributor of the Company in Azerbaijan stated during the opening ceremony of the Company's Baku branch press conference which took place in the conference Hall of Ambassador Hotel, Trend reports.
She pointed out that the Royal Canin had representative offices in several countries. The production of the Company is of a great demand in Azerbaijan, and therefore, Royal Canin had decided to open a branch office in this country. According to her, the first Branch of the Company has functioned near the metro station Baki Soveti for about 11/2 years. The Company has already presented its production for sale, and we have already received many orders for our seeds. They are mainly prophylactic and veterinary products.
We shall do everything possible, not only to find, but also to keep our place in the Azerbaijan market. We are working very actively, and just over a very short period of time, we have achieved some excellent results. We have plans for 2007 which should be implemented. One of these plans is holding a seminar for veterinaries. We plan to invite a veterinary from Russia for this. In addition, we are about to hold two exhibitions, firstly a cat exhibition and then a dog exhibition We shall do our best to hold these events at a high level, said Mrs. Kharchenko.
She also pointed out that Royal Canin products were delivered from Russia, not from France. They think if they are delivered from France, they must cost much more expensive. However, Mrs. Kharchenko put an end to these doubts, and pointed out that employees of the Baku Office of Royal Canin had done their best to deliver these products just from France, not other countries, and sell them at acceptable prices.
Olivier Reymant, Sales Director for Europe and CIS of the Head Office of the Company, expressed his satisfaction with the opening of the Baku Office of Royal Canin. He also pointed out that HSH LLC was selling the production of Royal Canin in Baku. This company is our exclusive distributor in Azerbaijan. As for Royal Canin, our company has been in the market of forage and seeds for pets for approximately 40 years, and that the products are sold in more than 100 countries. The Company Head Office is located in the French town of Emarg. The Company has 7 factories where its production takes place. Two out of the factories are located in France, one in Argentina, one in Brazil, one in South America, At present, we are about to open three more factories in Canada, Poland, and Hungary correspondingly. Their construction is expected to be completed in a year and a half. Our company is about to open two more factories in China and Japan, pointed out Mr Reymant. According to him, all the factories of the
Company are producing the same products on the one technology.
He also replied to questions put by participants of the event concerning the products, as well as pets care.
