J.Babayeva /The 'Baku's initiative on youths' document will be accepted as the result of the international conference dedicated to religious discrimination. The conference will be held in Baku, Intigam Babayev, the Deputy Youth and Sports Minister of Azerbaijan, said. "The document will reflect the directions of joint activity of delegates to remove religious discrimination in the future," Babayev said. The conference will be attended by the Director of the Council of Europe Youth Fund Jaen-Claude Lazaro, and Head of the Council of Europe Youth and Sports Department Ralf-Rene Weingartner . One of the General Secretaries of the Council of Europe is also expected to attend at the conference. The 'Islamophobia and other forms of discrimination, which are grounded on religions: influence on young generation and their answer to it' conference will be held in Baku from 4 to 8 November. The conference is expected to be attended by 120 delegates from 43 countries. Conference is implemented by the Council of Europe, European Youth Forum, ISESCO, Organization of Islam Conference Youth Forum and Azerbaijani Youths and Sports Ministry. According to Babayev, the implementation of the conference in Azerbaijan is logical. "Azerbaijan is an example of telorancy for many countries," Babayev said. |
