BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 12. Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic registered 1,702 real estate properties in the first two months of 2025, the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic told Trend.
The inventory comprised 735 land parcels, 648 individual
residential units, 226 multi-family dwellings, 45 commercial
structures, 40 non-residential land parcels, and 8 integrated
property complexes.
Furthermore, the republic has experienced a 4.1 percent uptick in
real estate registrations relative to the corresponding timeframe
of the previous year.
To note, as per the latest demographic analytics, on the date of January 1, 2025, the populace of the autonomous republic registered at 470,943, reflecting a net gain of 2,377 individuals, equating to a growth rate of 0.5 percent relative to the preceding year.
