BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 28. Bonds of Azerbaijan's "EmbaFinans" CJSC non-banking credit organization (NBCO) with a total value of 1.5 million manat ($882,383) were listed in the standard market segment on October 27, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), Trend reports citing the BSE.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The bond auction date will be announced on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.
A total of 1,500 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.25) each with a circulation period of one year and a yield of 10 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is IBA-Invest Investment Company CJSC.
