Petrol prices: Euro-Super-95 in 27 EU countries (Aug. 1-8)

The average price on Euro- Super 95 petrol hit 1,508 euro per 1,000 liters in 27 EU countries last week (Aug.1-8). The price is 17 euro less the average for the previous week.

The highest price - 1,709 euro per 1,000 liters - was observed in Greece compared to 1,714 euro per 1,000 liters the previous week.

The lowest price was 1,195 euro per 1,000 liters in Bulgaria, or 23 euro less than a week earlier.

The Netherlands took second place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,656 euro per 1,000 liters or 15 euro less than the previous week.

Denmark took third place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,622 euro per 1,000 liters compared to 1,653 euro per 1,000 liters the previous week.

Italy took fourth place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,592 euro per 1,000 liters or 5 euro less than the previous week.

Belgium and Finland took fifth place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,590 euro per 1,000 liters. The price in Belgium reduced by 53 euro per 1,000 liters, in Finland by 4 euro per 1,000 liters.

Portugal took six place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,577 euro per 1,000 liters compared to 1,581 euro per 1,000 liters the previous week.

Great Britain took seventh place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,570 euro per 1,000 liters or 23 euro more than the previous week.

France took eighth place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,521 euro per 1,000 liters or 2 euro more than the previous week.

Sweden took ninth place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,509 euro per 1,000 liters or 65 euro less than the previous week.

Ireland took tenth place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro- Super 95 . The price hit 1,490 euro per 1,000 liters.
