BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 3. The first day of the AGF Trophy international rhythmic gymnastics tournament has successfully concluded in Baku, Trend reports.
The competition, held at the National Gymnastics Arena, featured performances by junior and senior athletes in individual routines with hoop and ball, as well as group exercises with five balls.
Azerbaijan is represented at the tournament by Azada Atakishiyeva, Fidan Gurbanly, Govhar Ibragimova, Kamilla Seidzade, Ayla Iskenderli, Nuray Muradli, and Gulnur Mammadli.
Following the qualification rounds, Govhar Ibragimova and Kamilla Seidzade advanced to the hoop final. In the ball event, Kamilla Seidzade, Fidan Gurbanly, and Azada Atakishiyeva secured places in the final.
The tournament, which brings together gymnasts from 15 countries, will run through April 5.
