BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 4. A telephone conversation took place between Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan, Araghchi said on his Telegram channel, Trend reports.
According to him, the sides discussed recent US and Israeli attacks on Iran and exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments.
It should be noted that on February 28, the US and Israel launched a joint operation against Iran. In response, Tehran reportedly carried out missile strikes on Israeli territory.
Reports also indicated that Iranian forces targeted US military bases in Persian Gulf countries, while several states in the region temporarily closed their airspace due to security concerns.
