BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 9. Azerbaijan is among the countries with the most affordable price for gasoline as of August 7, 2023, Trend reports.
According to the Global Petrol Prices portal, the price of gasoline in Azerbaijan is $0.588 per liter.
Venezuela has the cheapest fuel ($0.004 per liter), while Hong Kong has the most expensive gasoline ($3.051 per liter).
In addition to Azerbaijan, the top 15 countries with the cheapest gasoline included Iran, Libya, Algeria, Kuwait, Egypt, Turkmenistan, Angola, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Bolivia, Iraq, and Qatar.
Iceland, the Netherlands, Norway, Monaco, Denmark, Switzerland, Finland, Greece, and Italy are among the ten countries with the most expensive gasoline.
Different gasoline prices in different nations throughout the world are caused by various forms of fuel taxes and subsidies.
