ASTANA, Kazakhstan, January 23. Kazakhstan’s airline FlyArystan has received a new A320 aircraft from Airbus factory in Toulouse, Trend reports via FlyArystan.
FlyArystan announces the addition of a new Airbus A320 Neo to
its fleet. This is the 24th aircraft in the fleet of the Kazakh
low-cost carrier. The aircraft has a capacity of 188 passengers and
combines advanced technology, environmental efficiency, and a high
level of comfort.
The Airbus A320 Neo is equipped with next-generation engines and
improved aerodynamics, allowing fuel consumption to be reduced by
nearly 20 percent and significantly lowering its carbon footprint.
Additionally, the noise level of this aircraft is much lower
compared to previous models.
"Receiving the brand-new A320 aircraft from Airbus in Toulouse and its further integration into service is an important step in the development of FlyArystan and our mission to provide affordable, high-quality air travel," said FlyArystan President Richard Ledger.
The new aircraft has been named "Spica" after one of the brightest stars in the night sky, symbolizing the airline's aspiration for leadership in the world of affordable and comfortable flights.
To note, starting from January 1, 2025, all FlyArystan flights are operated under the new code FS (instead of the previous KC), which was assigned to the airline by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
