BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 5. MIDA LLC (State Agency for Housing Construction of Azerbaijan) has announced a tender for the construction of 16-storey residential buildings No. 8 and 9, 12-storey multi-apartment buildings No. 10, 11, and 12, as well as a one-storey non-residential building No. 13 on a 4.5 ha land plot in Saray settlement, Absheron district.
The participation fee in the procedure is 6,326 manat ($3,720).
Those willing to participate in the tender should submit their proposals no later than 15:00 (GMT+4) on October 23, 2025.
The opening of tender packages will take place at 15:00 (GMT+4) the same day.
