Bank ABB has announced a tender for the purchase of “Dell GPU” servers based on the “NVIDIA” HGX B200.
The participating companies must have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Bidders can submit their proposals to Bank ABB by April 10.
According to information obtained from the bank, Bank ABB is purchasing these servers for artificial intelligence projects, as the servers specified in the tender are high-performance computing devices.
The “NVIDIA” HGX B200-based “Dell GPU” servers are primarily used for training large language models (LLMs) and other AI models, processing existing models, such as chatbots, voice assistants, document analysis, OCR, risk and fraud detection, large data processing, and parallel computing. In some cases, they are also used for classical high-performance computing (HPC) tasks.
It is noteworthy that the number of artificial intelligence models implemented by Bank ABB in various fields has reached 176. According to the bank, these models have generated more than 34.5 million AZN in positive financial impact for Bank ABB. Currently, 69 AI-based projects are being implemented at Bank ABB.
Recently, Bank ABB launched AI assistants, AI-khan and AI-nur, for all customers. These assistants perform various banking operations through voice commands and answer questions.
The tender for the purchase of “NVIDIA” HGX B200-based “Dell GPU” servers also demonstrates Bank ABB's significant investments in building a sustainable artificial intelligence infrastructure.
