OPEC+ set to expand oil production capacity despite recent output declines, IEA says

The International Energy Agency (IEA) forecasts a net increase of 2 million barrels per day (mb/d) in OPEC+ oil production capacity, including condensates and natural gas liquids (NGLs), between 2024 and 2030.
