BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 18. The number and amount of mortgage loans issued via the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) of Azerbaijan have been announced.
Data obtained by Trend from the MCGF indicates that 53,609 mortgage loans have been issued through the fund since the fund's establishment.
The amount of mortgage loans issued at the expense of the fund's funds amounted to 3.4 billion manat ($2 billion).
Besides, loans issued with guarantees and subsidies amounted to 543.4 million manat ($319.6 million).
Meanwhile, 6,764 residential premises have also been provided for tenants' use.
