Azerbaijan counts apartments leased via public funding
Azerbaijan's Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has extended loans worth 3.7 billion manat ($2.2 billion) to 56,496 borrowers. Additionally, loans with guarantees and subsidies amounted to 676.79 million manat ($398 million), and 8,895 residential units were transacted through leasing mechanisms.
