National Center of Kazakh Republic on complex processing of mineral raw materials and Russian Turbopar group of companies have signed a contract for delivery of 1.5 MW power plant based on a steam turbine, Russian company reported on Monday.
Within the contract the affiliated company of Turbopar - Yutron production has developed a project's draft and started manufacturing of steam turbine with capacity of 1500 kW.
The steam turbine will be installed at the plant of Kazakhstan's National Center on complex processing of mineral raw materials in Almaty and designed to drive a synchronous generator with voltage of 6.3 kV.
The basic equipment of the mini heat and power plant will also include pressure reducing cooler, condenser and steam turbine's cooling tower manufactured by Turbopar Group.
