BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 15. Information and communication enterprises provided services worth 1.6 billion manat ($941,000) from January through June 2024, Trend reports.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, this indicator increased by 12.2 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
Meanwhile, 74.5 percent of these services were rendered to the population.
Revenues from mobile communication services in Azerbaijan amounted to 585.7 million manat ($344.5 million) in the reporting period (36.2 percent of the total revenues of the telecommunications market).
To note, by the results of 2023, information and communication enterprises in Azerbaijan provided services worth 3.2 billion manat ($1.8 billion) (16.3 percent growth).
