The Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan has extended tender for the introduction of non-woven fabric (spunlace) production at the silk velvet factory in Ashgabat.
The potential bidders are invited to submit an application indicating the full name of the participant, legal status and other details.
An invoice for $345 should be issued, including 15 percent VAT.
Tender bids are accepted until October 25, 2020.
