BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 2. The savings of gas by Iran's Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Refining Company amounted to 18 billion rials (about $394,000) by repairing an automatic crane, Executive Director of the Iranian company Ali Mohammad Pour Reza told reporters, Trend reported.
According to him, the engines of 23 Volvo-Control automatic cranes were repaired by the company's specialists, successfully preventing the outflow of the mentioned amount of funds from the country.
Pour Reza also stated that each spare part for these cranes, specifically the LEDEEN Actuators, costs about 1 billion rials (about $2,140) in international markets.
To note, the Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Refining Company can produce 10.3 million tons of methane, 1.5 million tons of propane, 490,000 tons of butane, 922,000 tons of sour gas, and 400,000 tons of condensate per year. While the company is operating at its peak, it can generate revenues of $700 million a year.
