BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 7. Iran's Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Refining Company generated $800 million in revenue from 1.5 million tons of processed gas during the last Iranian year (from March 20, 2024, through March 20, 2025), Javanshir Sadeghi, the company's executive director, told local media, Trend reports.
According to him, the company exported products worth $700 million, totaling 1.1 million tons, in the last Iranian year. Additionally, local sales reached $100 million, accounting for 400,000 tons of product.
Sadeghi emphasized that the company produced significant quantities of key products in the last year, including 440,000 tons of butane, 630,000 tons of propane, and 679,000 tons of pentane plus.
The Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Refining Company can produce 10.3 million tons of methane, 1.5 million tons of propane, 490,000 tons of butane, 922,000 tons of sour gas, and 400,000 tons of condensate per year.
