BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 12. Türkiye increased its exports of chemical products to Kazakhstan by 1.3 percent from January through June 2024, reaching $119.5 million compared to the same period last year, Trend reports via the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
"In June 2024, chemical exports from Türkiye to Kazakhstan increased by 13 percent compared to the same month in 2023, amounting to $20.1 million," the ministry stated.
Türkiye increased its exports of chemical products by 7.9 percent year-on-year, reaching $15.8 billion from January through June 2024.
"In June 2024, Türkiye's chemical exports to global markets decreased by 6.5 percent compared to the same month in 2023, totaling $2.2 billion," the report noted.
Additionally, Türkiye exported $31.6 billion worth of chemical products in the last 12 months (June 2023-June 2024).
