BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 30. Azerbaijan produced a total of 141,600 tons of meat measured in live weight from January through March 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the Ministry of Agriculture indicates that this represents a 1.7 percent increase, or an additional 2,400 tons, compared to the same period in 2024 (139,200 tons)
Furthermore, the total value of agricultural production in the first quarter of this year reached 1.6 million manat ($941.1) at actual prices, with 94.3 percent (or 1.51 million manat ($888.2)) attributed to livestock production.
