TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, July 8. As of June 1, 2025, a staggering 63.8 million bank cards have been issued in Uzbekistan.
Data obtained by Trend from the Central Bank (CBU) reveals that Xalq Bank leads the market with the highest number of issued cards, totaling 10 million. Agrobank ranks second with 6.5 million cards in circulation, followed by Ipoteka Bank in third place with 4.9 million cards issued.
At the lower end, Saderat Bank Tashkent has issued the fewest cards, with only 2,280 currently in circulation.
In 2024, Uzbekistan saw a total issuance of 53.5 million bank cards. Xalq Bank again topped the market with 12.4 million cards issued, followed by Agrobank with 5.3 million, and Ipoteka Bank, which issued 4.6 million cards throughout the year.
