The Azerbaijani producer of bread, the company Brot Baku, has decided on the terms of the opening of a new branded store for the sale of bakery products, Nigar Abdullayeva, the company'ss technologist, told Trend.
She said that the company plans to open the facility this fall.
"The new facility is planned to be opened in Baku in November this year," she noted. "In parallel, we envisage the introduction of new technologies in the production of bread. At the moment, the assortment of bread at the facility includes several varieties of bread products made using Italian, Russian and German technologies. We plan to use French technology in production, in order to bake several types of French bread. At the moment, the company is considering the production of Fougasse bread, and this fall will begin to develop this type of product. Primary production volumes will be small, it will be a kind of test version, the bread will be sold in the new specialized store of the company."
Abdullayeva noted that the company produces several types of bread products, among which the most popular varieties are Borodino Bread, Zadegan and Kendli.
"Brot Baku plans to expand the range of bread products by introducing new organic products into production technology," she added. "We are going to bake French Fougasse bread, as well as garlic bread, in case of market demand. If there is a steady demand for new products, we will set up mass production in the future."
