Brot Baku, an Azerbaijani bread producer, is getting ready to apply modern German and French technologies in the process of baking bread, Nigar Abdullayeva, the company’s technologist, told Trend.
“Brot Baku has developed a plan to expand the varieties and volume of the bakery products,” Abdullayeva said. “We will introduce the purchased technologies next year. We plan to expand the varieties of bread products, improve the quality of bread and at the same time increase the production capacity of the plant. Currently, daily production volumes are about 750-800 pieces of bread products. There are plans to increase the total volume of bread production to 1,000 pieces and more daily.”
The technologist noted that the plans of the enterprise include the launch of new production line based on the purchased foreign technologies.
“We use exclusively natural additives in production, meeting the standards and requirements of organic products,” Abdullayeva said. “The company’s bakery products are in demand and are sold in several stores in Baku.”
The company’s technologist noted that presently, the company produces several types of bread, among which the most popular varieties are Borodinsky bread, Zadegan and Kandli.
