ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 9. The revenue part of the State Budget of Turkmenistan for the period from January through August 2023 exceeded the initial forecast by 12.6 percent, Trend reports.
This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Turkmenistan Hojamyrat Geldimyradov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on September 8, 2023.
According to him, during the specified period, the expenditure part of the state budget was executed by 97.9 percent, and the volume of capital investments disbursed from all sources of financing increased by 10.9 percent compared to the first eight months of 2022.
The meeting provided an overview of the achievements during the first eight months of the national rural program's implementation, highlighting the successful progress in constructing social amenities, housing, water treatment facilities, and engineering systems across the entire country.
