BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 26. A total of 97,300 tons of hydrocarbon products will be sold by Iran's Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on February 26, Trend reports.
Out of the mentioned volume, 21,800 tons will be up for grabs on the home turf of the energy exchange.
The following goods are to be offered on the Iran Energy Exchange's domestic ring:
- State Oil Company of Azerbaijan's 5,050 tons of gas condensate
- Shimibaft Oil-Chemical Company's 5,000 tons of MTBE (Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether)
- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Processing Company's 4,000 tons of pentane, 400 tons of butane
- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company's 3,000 tons of naphtha
- Isfahan Oil Refining Company's 3,000 tons of iso feed
- Pars Oil-Chemical Company's 1,010 tons of pentane plus
- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company's 200 tons of industrial liquefied gas, 100 tons of propane gas
- Mahabad Petrochemical Company's 100 tons of C6+
Furthermore, 75,500 tons of products will be on sale on the Iran Energy Exchange's export ring:
- Persian Gulf Star Oil Company's 30,000 tons of light naphtha, 6,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
- Abadan Oil Refining Company's 14,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
- Nouri Petrochemical Company's 12,000 tons of raffinate, 12,000 tons of light naphtha
- Fannavaran Petrochemical Company's 1,000 tons of methanol
- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Processing Company's 500 tons of pentane
The Iran Energy Exchange's hydrocarbon sales are vital to the economy. Iran plans to boost exports while providing domestic industries with hydrocarbon products via energy exchange.
IRENEX sells its products at the SANA exchange rate. For the currency exchange offices in Iran, the SANA system is a system that was introduced by the Central Bank of Iran.
The sale of hydrocarbons on IRENEX is vital to the country's economy. Through energy exchange, Iran seeks to boost exports and provide hydrocarbon products to local businesses.
