ASTANA, Kazakhstan, April 14. A new dairy processing enterprise, Siver+, has been launched at the site of a former butter factory in the Shemonaikha district of the East Kazakhstan region, with a production capacity of 30 tons of milk per day, Trend reports.
"The enterprise is equipped with modern technological equipment: four fermentation boilers, a curd vat, a pasteurization unit, and other systems that ensure a full milk processing cycle have been installed. A milk reception point with a capacity of 29 tons has been opened, as well as an additional point for receiving milk from farms and private households, designed for 2.5 tons of raw material per day," the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan said in a statement.
The information noted that at the current stage, 2-2.5 tons of milk are processed daily to produce natural products: kefir, cottage cheese, and sour cream under the brand "Nastole."
Since the beginning of 2025, the products have been sold in retail networks in the Karaganda region and supplied to military units in the Semei, Zhetysu, Almaty, and East Kazakhstan regions.
" Production development is planned in stages. In 2026, volumes of fermented dairy products will be increased, and the launch and adjustment of a cheese workshop and modernization of the butter-making workshop are planned. In 2027, production of condensed milk will begin, and in 2028, full production capacity will be reached," the information adds.
Siver+ plans to sign a cooperation agreement with Shemonaikha College as part of its HR strategy to train qualified specialists within the framework of dual education, including technologists and technical workers, which will ensure sustainable growth and development of the enterprise.
