BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 30. The aggregate quantum of financial instruments disbursed by banking institutions within the Azerbaijani financial ecosystem to the industrial segment reached 2.7 billion manat ($1.6 billion) as of the first of April, 2025.
The data obtained by Trend from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan shows that
this metric experienced an increment of 30 million manat ($17.6
million), reflecting a growth rate of 1.1 percent in juxtaposition
to the corresponding timeframe of the previous fiscal year.
It is noteworthy that throughout this timeframe, the aggregate
business loan portfolio of financial institutions functioning
within Azerbaijan reached 14.9 billion manat ($8.8 billion),
indicating an expansion of 13.1 percent, or 1.7 billion manat ($1
billion), in relation to the figures recorded on April 1, 2024.
