TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, May 16. The total number of apartments in multi-family buildings in Uzbekistan reached 1.6 million as of January 1, 2025.
The data obtained by Trend from the National Statistics Committee shows a 4.7 percent increase compared to the same period last year, reflecting continued growth in the country’s residential sector.
The majority of these multi-apartment buildings are located in the capital, Tashkent, which accounts for 35.4 percent of the total, with 562.700 apartments registered in the city.
