TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, June 27. From January to May 2025, Uzbekistan exported 741.000 tons of fruit and vegetable products.
Data obtained by Trend from the National Statistics Committee indicates an increase of 20.300 tons, or 2.8 percent, compared to the same period in 2024.
The value of fruit and vegetable exports during this period amounted to $619.6 million, marking a 47.9 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Fruit and vegetable exports accounted for 4.2 percent of the country’s total exports.
