BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 16. As many as 13.2 billion cubic meters of gas were transported through the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum (BTE) South Caucasus pipeline during the first seven months of this year.
The data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee shows that
this metric experienced a contraction of 206.1 million cubic
meters, translating to a decrement of 1.5 percent relative to the
analogous timeframe in the preceding year.
During the reporting period, a cumulative volume of 23.4 billion
cubic meters of gas was conveyed through the primary gas
transmission infrastructure.
Simultaneously, 56.4 percent of the gas conveyance metrics were
attributed to the BTE pipeline infrastructure.
