BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 24. Türkiye's exports of electrical equipment to Georgia increased 15.7 percent year-on-year to $88.6 million from January through June 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
"In June this year, Türkiye exported $17.1 million worth of electrical equipment to Georgia, which is 35.7 percent more than in June last year," the statement of the ministry reads.
Meanwhile, Turkish exports of electrical equipment decreased by 0.9 percent year-on-year to $7.8 billion from January through June 2024.
"Türkiye exported $1.2 billion worth of electrical equipment in June this year, which is 10.8 percent less than in June last year," the statement mentions.
To note, Türkiye exported $16.1 billion worth of electrical equipment over the past 12 months (from June 2023 through June 2024).
