BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 6. The charter capital of “Agrarian Procurement and Supply" Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) has been reduced, Trend reports.
The decision was formalized by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, who signed the relevant resolution.
Under the new decision, the company’s charter capital has been set at 1 million manat ($588,218), down from its previous level of 6 million manat ($3.52 million).
